Having stayed at Schafflerwirt, I found it to be a delightful blend of modern comfort and traditional charm. The staff's exceptional service, going above and beyond, truly set this hotel apart. From helping with laundry after the Oktoberfest festivities to providing handy transport tips, their attentiveness was commendable.The hotel's serene atmosphere, particularly in the rear building, offers a peaceful respite from the bustling main street. Despite the slightly exposed parking area, security wasn't a concern in this quaint German village. The well-appointed rooms, though lacking a bath, were modern and impeccably clean, exceeding expectations for the price point.Schafflerwirt's restaurant impressed with its diverse menu and cozy ambiance, while the included breakfast was satisfying. The beer garden added a fun, traditional touch to the experience. Conveniently located near wakeboarding facilities, this hotel offers a unique stay for outdoor enthusiasts.Schafflerwirt provides excellent value for money, surpassing many higher-rated establishments in my experience. For an architect like myself, appreciating both history and modernity, this hotel's distinctive charm and efficient services make it a worthwhile choice when exploring Germany.
